Reservation & Rental Policies

• Boating Certificate is required by NASBLA or the State of NH to rent a boar over 25hp.


• Renter must be 21 or older with a valid picture driver's license.


• Rental day is 9AM-4PM.


• None of the rental boats may be operated from sunset to sunrise.


• Reservations are highly recommended.


• Payments by MasterCard, Visa, Discover or Cash.


• Weekly reservations require $500.00 deposit to confirm.


• There is a $1500.00 security deposit at the time of rental, which will be returned if the boat is not damaged. Customer is responsible for any and all damage to the boat and/or gear, even if it exveeds the amount of your security deposit.


• Cancellations must be made 14 days in advance to receive a full refund, if made within 14 days are subject to a $100.00 cancellation charge.


• Cancellations due to extreme weather conditions will be determined by our trained staff with your comfort and safety a priority. A full refund will be given at that time. Multiple day reservation can only cancel/modify reservation if raining on the first day of reservation.


• All boats will have full gas tanks. You are responsible for getting your own fuel during your rental period. When you return, the boat should have a full tank or you will be charged for what has been used.


• No grills of any type allowed on the boats.


• Late charge of $100.00 per hour will be assessed for boats returning after 4PM.


• Dogs are allowd on our boats but the owners are responsible for any cleaning and/or damages.


• $50 cleaning charge minimum for any boats brough in unreasonably dirty.
